WIN AND PLACE POOLS
DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB
(By Telegraph- Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Jan. 26. The Dunedin Jockey Club has decided to introduce the win and place pools for betting: on the inside enclosure and place betting only on the outside totahsator.
