WASHINGTON, Jan. 24. Congressional action was completed to-day on the Bill to provide 90,0u\... dollars to be loaned to farmers for the use of producing the 1933 crops. Under the Bill the crop-production loan legislation passed last year is extended to cover 1933. The money 7 taken from the reconstruction of the corporation’s funds is to be distributed through the Secretary 7 for Agriculture in return for a first lien on the crops. The measure provides that the Secretary 7 may 7, but is not compelled, to require a borrower to cut his production by 7 30 per cent.
