After a brief retirement the jury found Charles O’Brien, commission, agent of Hamilton, not guilty .on a charge of negligently driving liis car and ” thereby causing the death of Robert William Money, aged 72 years, at Hamilton East on August 30. Tlio case was a sequel to a fatal collision between accused’s car and a small car driven by Money’s daughter, in which her father and mother were passengers.
