The State Government is considering an amendment of the law so as to prohibit the publication of certain objectionable details in divorce proceedings. ■ , This announcement was made in the Assembly by the Minister of Justice when replying to a question by Mi Thomas, who directed attention to a Press statement that in New Zealand legislation liad been passed restricting the publication of divorce proceedings.
