Cold storage does not impair Australian and New Zealand butter, but the produce retains its essential vitamins ami is the best home produced article, says the Lister Institute following investigations by the medical research council, subsidised by the Empire Marketing Board. The report emphasises the importance of the conclusions because the demand for Australian ana New Zealand blitters is increasing in England and the supply is nearly naif the total.
