SPANISH GOVERNOR’S FATE ANNOBON ISLAND' MURDER (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) MADRID, Nov. 16. A . dramatic story has been received concerning the murder of Senor Gustavo Sostoa, Governor-General of Spanish Guinea and formerly the Spanish .consul a.t Melbourne. Senor Sostoa was attending a native dance in a public isquare in the island of Annobon when Sergeant of the colonial army named Castilla attacked him with a; knife and cut his throat. Amid the excitement Castilla escaped.
