Senor Azana, welcoming 650 delegates to an international radio conference, including an Australian representative, Air J. M. Crawford, said some who must consider it dangerous to come toi Spain at the present would be able to witness the spectacle of a reborn nation, peacefully constructing a new regime.
The conference is faced with a multitude of technical and scientific questions, including the problem of confusion and overcrowding in conditions and services.
