In the House of Commons Mr. Stanley Baldwin, replying to a question by a Labour member, said be regretted he was nnable to provide facilities for discussion of a motion relating to Sir Philip Game, Governor of New South Wales.
Mr. J. Maxton: Will you inform the House whether Sir Philip Game acted constitutionally when he took the drastic step of dismissing a democraticallyelected Government. Mr. Baldwin: I think the action was totally constitutional, but this is not a matter to be dealt with by question and answer. It could he raised during the course of the debate oil the vote for the Dominions Office.
