BOMBAY SITUATION IMPROVES
FEELING STILL HIGH. MILLS AND SHOPS OPEN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 24. Bombay messages state that although feeling is running high after the recent communal riots, the general position in the city continues to improve. All the mills are now working, although some with, reduced numbers. The retail shops are open, but wholesale shops and the markets are still closed.
