The Auckland fishing launch Mirella with a man named Wilson and two \ sons was •wrecked on Goat Island, I near Point Rodney, when running | for shelter before a storm last ] evening. The men got into a dinghy ; just before the launch sank and landed j on the mainland through the surf.
