The “Daily Express” understands that the King has decided to confer on Prince George the title of Duke of Edinburgh ] It will probably he included in the birthday honours, but may be deferred till the Prince’s thirtieth birthday in December. The King has chosen the title as a special tribute to Scotland, which is not represented by any of the royal Dukes.
