NAPIER REHABILITATION
CONGRATULATIONS FORM JUDGE (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, May 23. At the opening of the Supreme Court sessions Sir Michael Myers congratulated Napier on the work of restoring the town. He admitted that one year ago he had felt disppointed, but after the Rehabilitation Committee had got a grip on the enormous problem the progress had quickened and the work seemed to have been done remarkably well.
