Following upon Councillor Duncan s motion that the services of the city organist be dispensed with a public meeting was held last night to dec.de what representations should be made to the City Council in the matter. Councillor Duncan who was present said there must he something wrong when onlv about 50 people, attended the Town Hall on Sunday evenings. Bis suggestion with that something more effective in the cause of music would evolve.
