Results are: Middlesex beat Glamorgan: Glamorgan in the first innings made 102 and m the second 129 (Peebles six for 49). Middlesex in the first innings made 484 (Hearne 176). Middlesex won by an innings and 193 runs. Yorkshire drew with Warwickshire. Yorkshire in the first innings lost five for 403 and declared (Sutcliffe 109, Mitchell 83, Leyland 74;. Warwickshire in the first innings lost none lor 17. The match was drawn. Nottinghamshire beat Hampshire: Nottinghamshire m the first innings made 900 and in the second 42 (Bailey seven for 7). Hampshire in the first innings made 57 (S. Staples six for 17 Voce four for 39) and in the second 30 (Voce five for 21, Staples four for 4). Nottinghamshire won by 101 runs.
