SPANISH PLOT FRUSTRATED INTENDED ASSASSINATIONS LOADED BOMBS SEIZED. ARREST OF CONSPIRATORS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 2.15 p.m. to-day. LONDON, May 22. The “Times’ ” Madrid correspondent states the police appear to have frustrated large-scale anarchist outrages, including the assassination of the Premier and Minister of the Interior planned for May 29. They discovered a quarter of a ton of dynamite. In Madrid high explosives labelled “first-class olives’ ’ were seized and at Seville S 5 large bombs, fully loaded and fused, were discovered between two walls of a house. At Manresa several conspirators were arrested. The ring-leader escaped, possibly by aeroplane.
