VIOLENT EARTHQUAKE
CENTRAL AMERICA SHAKEN SHOCK IN THREE REPUBLICS FEARS OF HEAVY DEATH ROLL GREAT LOSS OF PROPERTY (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SAN SALVADOR, May 21. A violent earthquake rooked tliq west coast of Central America to-day, killing an undetermined number of persons and causino- great loss of property. The '"bodies of six persons were recovered from the ruins Qif Zacateooluca, Co miles south-west of San Salvador. Others were injured and crippled. The breaking of communication lines prevented the receipt of reports fiom other parts of the country, hear is felt for San Vincente, which is believed to have suffered the severest effects or the earthquake that .shook the three republics of ESI Salvador, Honduras am Nicaragua. The shock lasted three minutes.
