Recitation, “The Fool’s Prayer,’’ girls under 16: Monica Bell (Wellington) 1, Joyce Guise (Lower Hutt) 2. Operatic Dance, under 16: Jean Gunn (Lower Hutt) 1, Phyllis Oliver (Wellington) 2.
