The quadrangular primary schools’ Rugby tourney at New Plymouth between Taranaki, Rangitikci, Horowlion.ua and Hut-t Valley wais continued yesterday, Taranaki securing tlieir second win by defeating, Horowhenua, while. .Rnngiitikei .beat Hut-t. Tarn.na.ki have only to defeat Hut-t to win the championship-. Taranaki hadi an easy win over Horowhenua. by 24 points (six tries-, three ■of which were converted) to eight, (two. triers and one conversion). Taranaki '-ed by eight points with ton minutes of play left., running up 16 points in that. time.
Rangitikoi had a last minute win over Hutt by isix points (two unconverted tries) to five (a. try and conversion). Hutt lead by five points to three up to a> mi mite of time, when Rangitikei scored.
