Results: i Men’s 220 yards.—First heat: G. Bridson (Auckland) 1, J. B. Blakely (Wellington) 2, J. Enwright (Auckland) 3. Time, 2min. 41sec. Second heat: A. Roper (Auckland) 1, C. E. Claridge (Wellington) and A. T. F. Stokes (Canterbury), dead heat, 2. Time. 2min. 52sec\ D. Lindsay (Canterburv) did not compete.
