CONFERENCE OPENED. DOMINION DELEGATES. (By T''leerapb—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Feb, 24. The annual conference of the Institute of Opticians opened to-day. About SO delegates were present from all parts of the Dominion and a welcome was extended by the Mayor. The presidential address was delivered by Mr E. A. Sargent.
