HAWERA BRANCH MEETING
CONVENTION PREPARATIONS. Airs J. Exley presided over a good meeting of the Haw era branch of the W.C.T.U. on Thursday afternoon. , The chief business was the completion of arrangements for the annual district convention, which is to be held in Hawera on Thursday neirt.. A welcome was extended to Miss Douglas, of Dunedin. The date of the monthly meeting was altered from the last Thursday to the last Tuesdav of each month. The annual garden narty is to be held at Air Corry’s residence on Alareh 4.
