ANNUAL MEETING. The report presented to the seventh annual general meeting of the i area District Meat Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary to the company operating Patea meat works, yesterday showed that although no buying operations had been carried out, there was a loss owing to depreciation m the value of the consignments made in the previous year. It was recommended by the directors that certain adjustments of accounts be made with the parent company and that a lorrv be sold. .
