HINDU’S DEATH AT HAWERA
EVIDENCE! OF IDENTIFICATION
CORONER ADJOURNS INQUEST
The inquest concerning the death of Nana Cbiiiba, the Hindu fruiterer of Ha war a, who was found apparently murdered in the back room of his shop on the night of Sunday, February 1, was formally opened before the coroner, Air R. S. Sage, at Hawera to-day and was adjourned following the presentation of evidence of identification.
This evidence, was given, by Hira Govind, of Stratford, a nephew of deceased. Witness said he had not visited his uncle on Januarv 31 or February 1. Deceased hacl a wife and daughter resident at Alatvad, Bombay, India.
