BOY SCOUT RALLY
P A LAIER STON ARE ANGEMENTS CANCELLED. Air. F. W. Horner, South Taranaki Commissioner of Boy Scouts, this morning received a telegram from General Sir Alfred Robin, Metropolitan Commissioner, stating that the rally which was to have taken place at Palmerston North in honour of the Chief Scout’s visit has now been abandoned in favour of the original arrangement to hold the gathering at Wellington.
