TRUST FUNDS STOLEN
•GAOL SENTENCE FOB, LAWYER (By Telegraph—Press Association.! AUCKLAND-, Feb. 9. Leslie Bruce Gilfillan, aged 47, a solicitor, of Hamilton, was sentenced by Air Justice Smith to two years’ reformative detention on eight charges of theft of trust funds totalling £278. But for a medical report stating that (fib fillan had been suffering from a severe iimess the judge said the sentence would have been one year longer.
