COMPANY WIND) UP CANNOT CAREY ON (H> Telegrapn—Press Association.l TIMARU, Feb. 9. It i.s reported that the shareholders of the Tongariro Park Tourist Company which conducts the “Chateau” at Tongariro, National Park, reached a unanimous decision that the company go into voluntary liquidation. The resolution, carried by a meeting which was held at Timaru, reads as follows : “That it lias becji proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr Harold Coxhead, of Timaru, accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.” Mr J. A. Cent! os, public accountant, of Auckland, ami Mr S. Mitchell, accountant. of Christchurch, have been appointed receivers for dobentol’o-hold-ers.
