HIGH DEATH-ROLL RECORDED. BITTERNESS OF FEELING. (United I’rees Association--By Electric Telegraph Copyright). VANCOUVER, Feb. 3. A message from Bogota (Columbia) states that at least 27 were killed and 21 wounded in Sunday’s Congressional elections. Unconfirmed reports assort that many more have died. Election feeling was bitter, and fifty persons wore killed in the campaign preceding the balloting.
