FLOOD WARNINGS ISSUED
HEAVY rain IN N.S.W. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, Feb. 4. Flood warnings* have been issued for tine* Tweed, Richmond; and Clarence River districts.' The rainfall for the past 24 hours lias been eight inches at Mullumbimby, nearly inches at Murwilhimbali, and 51 inches at Tweed Heads.
