At the meeting of the Lit ha m County Council to-day the chairman referred t,K the recent illness of Mr. Tiplady, the clerk, and expressed the hope that he would soon be thoroughly recovered. When the question of the Town Planning .Board was, mentioned at the 151tlunn County meeting to-day the chairman said that there were too many taxes already and instead of wanting more they would like to get out of some of them.
