ITALIANS ESCAPE
NINE MIGRANTS MISSING. ORIENT COMPANY LIABLE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright). SYDNEY, Dec. 19. Nine of the banned Italian migrants on the liner Otranto escaped from the vessel last night. The Orient Company is liable to a penalty of £IOO for each escapee under the immigration laws.
