The offences, which wore committed over a period of six months, involved a total of £57 18s 9d. The police stater! that McClinchy was employed by I). McL. Wall are as a cofjcctoir of instalments. on motor cars. E*ar 1 y in December he failed to account for certain moneys and after an. investigtaion the discrepancy was discovered. AleClinchv wa„ placed -on probation for two yeans and ordered to make restitution.
