WATERSIDER GETS DAMAGES
CLAIM AGAINST COMPANY. (By Telegraph- Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dee. 17. Judgment was given to-day by the Chief Justice in the case of John Udali, watersider, against the Holm Shipping Company, a claim for £l5O 10s special damages and £2OOO general damages, for injuries received by plaintiff while working on the hulk Holm wood. Plaintiff was awarded £325 10s.
