GILBERT AND SULLIVAN OPERA. PRESENTATION TO-NIGHT. A final reminder is given of the Gillicit and Sullivan comic opera, “HALS. Pinafore,” to be presented hy arrangement with J. C. Williamson Company at the Oipea House to-night by the girls of the Hawera High School. A .stage rehearsal of the chorus was held this morning and the high standard 1 of the vocal work m both acts .gave every assurance of a well finished production. The box plan has filled rapidly during the past few days and intending patrons are advised to ’phone Miss Brake's con feet ion ery shop.
