CHANGES IN ORGANISATION (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 2.15 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 3. The text has been issued of a Bill providing for the future organisation of tlie salvation Army and providing for the formation of a company to act as trustee for the Army’s property throughout the world; also fixing an age limit for the General and removing the General’s right to nominate his successor. The Bill is not likely to he discussed before the New Year.
