NEXT THURSDAY'S FUNCTION. The Kaponga. Methodist garden' fete will he held in the parsonage ground's on Thursday next. There will he afternoom and evening* sessions, with interesting*. competitions, a bright music;;] programme, varied! stalls' and a Christmas tree, ete. The Kaponga Town: Band' will be in attend anise a; t he evening session, and Mr 'C. A. Wilkinson, M.P., has kindly consented to perform, tlie opening* ceremony.
