CANADIAN BUTTER IMPORTS
COMPETITIVE TRADING FAVOURED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) OTTAWA, Nov. 28. A resolution opposing the admittance of butter to Canada from any other Dominion under preferential treatment and favouring unrestricted and competitive trading with this country was passed by the Canadian Creamery Association last night. A motion asking for Dominion legislation compelling all imported butter to bear an imprint stating the country of origin was tabled.
