NORMANBY THEFT CASE
SENTENCE POSTPONED. . At the request of prisoner’s counsel (Mr L. A. Taylor) sentence bn Donald Alexander Stewart,* found guilty in the New Plymouth Supreme Court yesterday of fraudulently failing to account for moneys received by him on behalf of the Normanby Town Board, will be passed to-morrow instead of to-day.
