HAiWERA TRACK NOTES, (By “Limited.”) The final gallojis of the local horses engaged at Feildiiig off Saturday 4P-; Monday next were performed under very adverse conditions this morning. The outside of the course proper was used for all fast work and was heavy and slow. R. Broughts maiden, Orby is Choice, was first to work and secured! the best of the going, running his five furlongs in 1.8 4-5. _ - Bonogne put up the best effort ot the morning by comfortably beating Teg BlackT over five furlongs iiv 1.81-5. Silyermine finished a. length in front of Chief Link over five furlongs in 1.9. Chief Link was not seen to advantage iff the heavy going. ' * , ' Kissless was too - good for Bon Eve over a. similar distance traversed m 1.11. ‘ Awaken and 1 Silver Rule sprinted three furlongs in 41sec. . Gowanlea. over three furlongs, registered 42.]Sec. 1 •• Banbridge, accompanied by the two- * year-old Attentive' compassed three furlongs in 42sec. Paitonu worked at half-pace on the sand, where Green Linnet also did useful exercise. Isa, alone, ran three furlongs in 43 see. . The Feildiiig Cup candidates, Bright Glow and Meiidip, jumped off together from the mile start, running their first two furlongs in Bright Glow was a. shade in front at the half-mile, run in 55sec. and remained in front to the post, ' finishing two .and' "a-half ,'leiigths! in front of Mendin in 1.55. Under the conditions the gallop was a. fair one, but Mendip’s-display-was not impressive. Double Red' and Kilting finished together over three furlongs in 41isec. Joys'pear beat GasnUpper by _two lengths over six furlongs run in 1.254. Goblin Market and leiogne went from the seven furlongs pegs and the pair rail to the half-mile iff 56sec, • where leiogne pulled off. Continuing on. Goblin Market finished up his seven in 1.43.

After breakfast the track was considerably slower, when the following work was performed :■ — Tentcall, alone, ran five furlongs in I.lo*. Calamine went a round, the last five furlongs, occupying 1.14. . Tenacre’s task Was a round at solid pace, the last five furlongs being run in 1.15. Denier went strongly over his five, registering 1.11. Oalapat was sent over four furlongs, which'he accomplished l nicely in 55*. The Warden took 1.13* over five furlongs. ’ Royal Acre went a mile, blit did not i-elish the going, the joumev occupying 2.3.
