DOGS LOSE FAVOUR. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON. Oct. 22. A cat on a lead following its mistress in the streets or a lap-cat in a motor car threatens to be tho next sensation of the up-to-date women. So says Airs Campbell Fraser, a well-known judge at eat shows. The craze has already made some headway. Airs Fraser points out that, cats do not need so much exercise as dogs; therefore they are suitaide as pets in flat life in the big cities.
