PIHAMA.
THE, LATE MRS. McHARDY. The funeral of the late Mrs. J. McHardy, of Pihama, took place at Cvimake on Thursday and. was one of the largest seen in. the: district for many years. A requiem high mass was sung at -t. Mary’s Church on Thursday mornj Father John McHardy, son of 'the deceased, was the celebrant and was assisted by a choir of eight priest® who sang a- Gregorian mass, Mr. W. Markham being organist. The service at the graveside was conducted by Rev. Father Kennedy and visiting priests. The pall-bearer's were Messrs. O. O. Edmonds, M. Brophy. J. O’Sullivan. .T. Macßeynolds, P. Fleming and .T. Read.
