BOWLERS ON TOUR
ARRIVAL AT NEW YORK. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 2.30 p.m. to-day. ' NE WYORK, Aug. 25. The touring bowlers have arrived to spend a week’s sightseeing here before proceeding to Montreal on August 31 for six Canadian matches. Mr. Alley said that all were feeling fit, and they had been pleasantly surprised to learn of the growing interest in bowls in the United States. He had received a request for plans of a green, which he would send to an American correspondent upon his return.
