SUPREME COURT
SESSION AT NAPIER. (By Teiegrapli—Press Association.) NAPIER, Aug. 26. Leo Patrick Ellison, William Edward Edwards and George Edwards, Charged with breaking and entering and theft at Dannevirke, were sentenced at the Supreme Court. The two former received reformative detention for 24 and 18 months, respectively, and the third three years’ probation. besides being forbidden to live within 100 miles of Dannevirke. A native named Heta Hakuwai, for mischief, received three years’ probation.
