NEW ZEALAND TRADE
RETURNS FOR JULY. INCREASE OF EXPORTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. Figures for the overseas trade of New Zealand for the month of July, 1930, show that exports were valued at £3,384,742 and imports valued at £3,014,913. For the corresponding period of last year the figures were £2,719,835 and £4,459,652 respectively. For the period of seven months ended July 31, 1930, exports were valued at £33,165,133 and imports at £25,582,256 compared with £40,491,376 and £26,997.195 respectively for the corresponding 1929 period.
