KELSO BEATS LLOYD. LOSER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL. (United Pies? Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright). SYDNEY, Aug. 24. At the Sydney Stadium the lightweight boxer Fred Lloyd collapsed in the 12th round of a contest with Jimmy Kelso. The latter gained the derision over Lloyd, who has been a most successful boxer. He was removed in a semi-conscious condition to hospital, and his condition is serious as the result- of haemorrhage o.f the brain. The fight was- most exciting. Kelso always had an advantage.
