PROPOSED CHANGES CRITICISED. WELLINGTON COLLEGE ALARMED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Aug. 26. Alarm at the proposed changes in the education system contained in Part .11. of tlie report of the recess Education Committee was expressed at last night’s meeting of , the Wellington Technical College Board of Governors. Mr J. H. Howell. Director of the College, stated in his report that if the changes were carried out in their entirety the character of the college as it now exists would he destroyed.
