BOY SERIOUSLY INJURED
SHOT IN RIGHT EYE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 23. While playing at Anderson’s Bay quarry this afternoon with, some other boys Clifford Garland suffered serious injury when he received the discharge from a pea rifle in his right eye. The boy, who is Id years of age, was admitted to hospital and placed under X-rav to locate the bullet.
