At the monthly meeting of the Eltham Scout Committee examiners were appointed to examine Scouts for their first-class tests as follow: Signalling, Mr Jackson; first air and mapping, Mr Murray; pnthfinding and cyclist’s badges. Mr 1. J. Bridger; swimming, thrift, cooking, etc., Mr Blackman. The Elthain branch cf the Red Cross loeietv met last- night.' It was debit'd to have a imnbfe sale at the end' f August in aid of needy cases, and ■be Ambulance Club i® to be asked! to arrange a fancy dress football match or the same purpose.
