WATERS RECEDING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, --ug. 7. The weather is fine to-day, a-ndi the flood waters are 'receding-: in most, districts.- though 20 houses in Beckenham are still empty, as the water there is almost as high as it was Yesterday. Much damage has been caused by mud.
