FURTHER ADJOURNMENT
ALLEGED WRONGFUL COMMITTAL
(By Telegraph —Tress Association.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 6. The ease of Cecil Hazlett, farmer, of North Taieri, who is applying for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging that he was illegally committed to the Roto Roa inebriates’ home, came before the -Supreme Court again yesterday and was adjourned till August 18. Hazlett’s bail was renewed.
