ANNUAL REPORT

The report to be submitted: at the annual meeting of the Hawera Co-operai tire Dairy Company on Monday next, is as follows: —

“The pay-out for the 1928-29 season (including interest and the amount applied in payment of shares) was Is 5 l-16d per lb butter-fat. This figure slightly exceeds the estimate given in the last annual report. This season all cheese, has been sold 1 with the exception of 1860 crates, which have been taken in at equal to- 7)d per lb f.o.b. On the basis of the accounts the estimated pav-ont for the season will be Is 7d per ib’butter-fat (including the amount applied in payment erf shares) ancl adding share interest the total becomes Is 7.2 d pier lb butter-fat. Interest on shares has been allowed for as usual, and absorbs £2343 8s 3d. The retiring directors are Messrs A. L. Campbell, TL. 15. Johnson and AY .H. Reynolds, a,n;d they offer themselves for re-election.”
